  22.  Directions for using this utility is straight forward.

  24.  Loading a file
  25.   to open a file you must press on the "OPEN" button and pick
  26.   a file that you want.

  28.  Playing 
  29.   Once you have choosen a file the play button is enabled
  30.   pressing this button will start the the file playing.

  32.  Quit
  33.   to quit the program you can either press "Power ON" which
  34.   will exit you out of the program or simply choose "exit" from
  35.   the "File" menu option.
